The Capstone considers human resource management from a strategic perspective. It includes discussion and analysis of the use of the human resource function as a strategic tool. Students convert concepts into practice through the use of a simulation. Strategic cases and/or professional projects and exercises may also be used. Prerequisites: MGT 333 and admitted to Seidman College of Business or by permit.
