Topics include estate and gift tax returns, discounts, the special valuation rules of Chapter 14, irrevocable life insurance trusts, gifting issues, the generation skipping tax, marital deductions, buy-sell agreements, family limited partnerships and charitable trusts. Prerequisite: ACC 627.
