Corequisite: PHED 1123 Designed to prepare students to take the American Council of Exercise Aerobics Instructor (ACE) examination. The student will gain experience in aerobic training by assisting in the instruction of individualized self-paced aerobic conditioning classes. Upon successful completion of this course the student will be ready to take the appropriate certification exam to become a certified aerobic instructor. Hours (2 sem hr; 2 lec, 1 lab)
