- Three Semester Hours. The courses focuses on practices, procedures, and techniques that are employed to analyze occupations to identify for content for the program of study; organization and sequence of instruction; and developing of objectives and learning outcomes; and implementation schedules. Pre-requisites: Hold or eligible to hold the Level I Career/Technical Certificate endorsed in Technical Education or the Level 1/Level 2 Career/Technical Certificate endorsed in Health Science. Pre-requisites: Hold or is eligible to receive the Level 1 Career/Technical Certificate endorsed in Technical Education.
