The financial manager's responsibilities for determining optimal policiesand procedures for capital budgeting under conditions of uncertainty; long term financing, dividend distribution, mergers and acquisitions and working capital management. A problem solving and/or case study approach is used but not to the exclusion of probing theoretical questions. Prerequisites: FIN 315 and ECO 271. Co-requisite: ECO 272. (Offered Spring).
