3 hrs. Corrective individualized reading instruction designed to improve basic reading, study and cognitive skills, which are essential to success at the college level. Freshmen who enter the University with a score between 0 and 11 on the Reading Subtest of the ACT or a score between 0 and 10.8 on the Nelson-Denny Reading Test are required to register for this course. Students who do not pass this course are required to enroll in EDU 100, Reading. Prerequisite: None ( Offered Fall and Spring)
