- 3 hrs: Study the fundamentals of planning and scheduling of construction projects. Introduction to all of the aspects and techniques of scheduling such as precedence diagrams, activity durations, contract provisions, resource allocation and leveling, money, project monitoring and control, computer scheduling, CPM and PERT methods, earned value, productivity, litigation, short-interval schedules, linear scheduling, arrow diagrams and, scheduling using Primavera and Microsoft projects.
