3hrs. This course is designed to introduce undergraduate students to the basic concepts of computer security. The students will learn the tools and techniques that can monitor the system for activities by unwanted programs such as malware, adware, viruses, worms, trojans, etc. By the end of the course the students are expected to learn to use available tools as well as develop and implement programs using different programming languages, for computer security. Prerequisite: CMP 380 and CMP 384
