Focuses upon the procedures and programs needed for providing an easier transition along the continuum (from institutions to independence) for individuals with disabilities. Various options for living, working, and schooling are discussed. This course stresses the development and management of resources that aid in collaboration in integration. Fifteen hours of field experience are required.
