This course reinforces and extends the concepts introduced in FINC 0207 Financial Management. Topics include asset valuation, the time value of money, and a variety of issues facing corporate financial managers, such as the cost of capital, capital budgeting and risk, capital structure decisions, dividend policy, hedging and risk management, mergers and corporate governance. Casework and computer analyses are used extensively. Prerequisite: FINC 0207. (Formerly MGMT 0318)
