This course investigates the application of moral logic to problems in the field of Criminal Justice. Issues related to policing, criminal prosecution, and corrections will be studied. Students will be encouraged to induce general moral precepts and rules from the examination of particular situations and problems. Prerequisite: CRJU 0101 and Junior standing.
