One unit. An explanation of the dynamic global business environment and how corporations can effectively function on a global scale. The course will discuss various current global issues, look at corporate examples, and visit fi rms on a fi eld trip to another country to gain fi rst-hand insight into the global business setting. Topics include globalization, cultural infl uences on consumer behavior, and European economic integration. Offered as required.
