This laboratory-based course is designed to give the advanced student crime laboratory experience in examining, analyzing and identifying evidence. In several simulated court presentations, students sharpen their skill in presenting evidence as a scientific expert. The areas covered are: hairs, fibers and polymers, glass, soil, gunshot residue, fire and bomb debris, and drugs. Prerequisites: CHEM 411, CJUS 230
