This course provides an in-depth coverage of the basic concepts of retailing, including retail institutions, the retail environment, consumer buying behavior, retail strategy, retail organization and information systems, store location, planning merchandise management, buying merchandise, pricing, promotion, store management, customer service, retail selling, fashion retailing, and the retailing of services.
