This course is an examination of an organization's culture, how it is created, sustained and learned. The issue of changing organizational culture within the context of a global, multi-ethnic and pluralistic workplace will be addressed. Topics to be addressed include: culturally based patterns of difference, current research in multicultured management and action steps for managing a multicultural workforce. Prerequisite: MGMT 300
