(3). S This course examines aspects of different cultures and ethnic groups, and the definitions of gender role behavior found in them. The research literature in these areas is reviewed and the implications for early childhood education settings are studied. The course examines this literature in order to provide an increased understanding of effective approaches to educational practices directly related to the structure of society in the United States.
