This course will include a study of the reading process and the methods, materials, and techniques used by elementary school teachers to teach reading. Students will evaluate the effectiveness of various reading strategies and teach and evaluate lessons in a clinical setting. Prerequisite: EDU 250; must be taken concurrently with EDU 311. Fall semester.
