Organizational behavior is the systematic study of the actions and attitudes that people exhibit within workrelated organizations. The purpose of the study of organizational behavior is to enhance individual and organizational performance.This course examines the theories and skills necessary to understand and manage human behavior in business organizations, concentrating on motivation, job attitudes, communication, leadership, teams, organizational culture and organizational development.Prerequisite: BUS 201.
