Required of all students wishing to graduate from Virginia Wesleyan with a major in political science. The course is team taught by members of the department and focuses upon a different topic each spring. Examples of seminars offered in the past are: Democratization and Development; Politics and the Media; War and Peace in the Nuclear Age; Political Development and Changes in Latin America and Asia; and Images of Justice.
