Involves the formal planning and creation of persuasive communications with an emphasis on advertising. Written plans and advertising copy drafts are translated into finished print advertisements, press releases, broadcast commercials and Web sites; hence, the course touches on design issues through the development of Web text and graphics, add layouts, scripts, story boards and rudimentary electronic film production.
