The strategic management process is employed to formulate, implement and evealuate strategies in a variety of organizations under conditions of uncertainty. This capstone course emphasizes multidisciplinary approaches to complex organizational problems. The development of mission statements, SWOT analysis, the assessment of alternative courses of action, and the affective coupling of strategy and structure are also covered in detail.
