This course is designed to prepare students to identify, detect, and prevent financial fraud. The course covers the nature of fraud and the different types of fraud, including e-business fraud that is now possible in today's technological world. The course will also study the nature of fraud perpetrators, why they commit fraud, warning signals that fraud may occur, and effective ways to proactively search for fraud. Spring semester.
