4 Cr. The course provides a holistic approach to the study of maternal-newborn nursing concepts including normal and high-risk childbearing women and their neonates with a family context. Current research and ethical/legal principles are presented and applied in clinical. Maternal-newborn concepts are applied during the clinical experience in the hospital maternity unit and the community. Prerequisites: 221, 230, 240, 290, 342, 349.
