This course requires a directed practical service learning experience in an approved recreation, parks, or leisure agency (minimum of 100 hours). These experiences provide the opportunity to develop the knowledge, values, and skills necessary for entry-level jobs in the recreation and leisure industry. Basic job searching techniques and the introduction of the Recreation Portfolio will be covered at the beginning of the semester. PREREQUISITES: HHP 180, 285, 280, and 200 (for recreation majors only)
