A course to prepare prospective art teachers in the theory and practice of teaching art on the middle, junior high, and high school levels. This course addresses both current trends and philosophies in the theory and practice of art education with emphasis on the secondary level. Course work will coordinate arranged weekly seminars with 45 hours of fi eld experience in appropriate school settings. PREREQUISITE: classifi cation as a senior, EDUC 316.
