Prerequisites: senior standing with a major in finance (either the finance or insurance track) or real estate, a minimum GPA of 2.8 and permission of the Department of Finance, Insurance and Real Estate department chair or the director of the insurance or real estate program. Involves students in a meaningful experience in finance, insurance or real estate. Intention to enroll must be indicated to the chair or appropriate program director.
