This course will focus on management theories and techniques applied with emphasis on the action skills that managers need for success. Course topics include accounting, conference and travel planning, meeting management, and parliamentary procedure. Students will describe the components of an effective business meeting and be able to conduct and/or participate in a meeting according to the Robert's Rules of Order, 2 hours of lecture, 2 hours of laboratory per week. Prerequisite. ACC-2121 or ACC-1020.
