A laboratory course designed to acquaint the student with the fundamental concepts of animal biology, including molecular genetics and inheritance, evolution and biological systems with an emphasis on vertebrates. Previous successful completion of courses in biology and chemistry is highly desirable. 3 hours of lecture, 3 hours of laboratory per week. Co-requisite: CHE-1020 or 1031 or instructor permission.
