The biology, ecology, and systematics of fresh and saltwater fish are studied through lectures, laboratories, and discussion of primary literature. Students develop skills in aging, identification, fisheries management, and aquaculture during laboratory and field trips. Lecture 2 hours, laboratory 4 hours.
