1 semester hour Prerequisite: "S" in ENIN 230 or placement test This lab course is designed for low-advanced students to develop and improve listening skills needed to function in the United States. Listening to learn cultural information will be stressed. Emphasis is placed on listening for main ideas, specific details, contextual clues, and beginning note-taking strategies in an academic setting. Class meets two hours weekly.
