5 semester hour STAR exists to promote positive relations and interaction between current students and University alumni; to assist the Office of Alumni and Parent Relations with programs and services it provides, as well as to create an awareness of the Alumni Office programs and services to students; to encourage current students to become active, loyal, and supportive alumni upon graduation and to provide personal growth experiences for STAR members. Students may choose to join for credit or no credit. All members must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 2.00 or better. 56
