A two-semester sequence which examines the great literary, philosophical, and artistic works from the Biblical and classical foundations of the Western culture to the present. The course, while interdisciplinary in nature, is under the auspices and direction of the English and Foreign Languages Department (with the inclusion of other faculty as may be approved).
