3 credit hours (Spring Only) (Prerequisite: Approval; Sophomore standing; STAT 2303) Overview of educational measurement theory and student progress for monitoring assessment methodology. Skill competencies are practiced through the design of monitoring systems for academic instruction. One and two factor analysis of variance designs, contingency analysis, measure of general and linear regression, means, variances, proportions and correlations are emphasized.
