The senior capstone project for Spanish majors consists of the following written and oral portions: 1) a research paper involving a cultural, literary, or linguistic topic approved by the faculty, 2) the oral presentation of its findings, and 3) a portfolio in which the student reflects on and documents his or her achievement of the educational goals of the Hiram College Spanish Department.
