A course designed to present didactic and practicum experience in molecular pathology, including in-situ-hybridization and DNA analysis. Cytogenetics will be presented with emphasis on preparing karyotypes and chromosome identification. A research project will be required on a related topic, then formalized and presented as a lecture.
