Examines societal contexts within which training of adults and organization development occur. Explores systems theory that frames a discussion of adult education, training, and organization development. Represents unique characteristics of each field will be represented as well as ways in which two fields come together, along with general concepts: definitions, philosophies, goals, sponsoring agencies, professional roles, processes, participants, and resources.
