This course deals with (1) developing strategies for assessing Educational needs, (2) methods of assessing the school's organizational health, (3) the designing of Educational change strategies involving theorybased models, (4) using systemsanalysis techniques to implement Educational change, and (5) methods of involving students and staff in incorporating meaningful organizational change strategies in Educational institutions.
