The first topic includes the federal taxation of estates, gifts and trusts as they relate to wealth management.? The second topic concerns interaction with the federal tax authorities.? Topics may include preparing an audit protest, a request for and I.R.S. ruling, and a petition to the U.S. Tax Court.
