Topics include risk and return, certainty and uncertainty, pricing of financial assets, capital structure, valuation (options and futures, mergers and acquisitions, pensions and leading), and cost of capital, dividend policy, and working capital management case studies. (Spring/Summer). Prerequisites: ACC501 or MLS502.
