A straightforward approach for negotiating personal and professional disputes. It is directly relevant to professionals, supervisors and managers, as well as to anyone interested in a meaningful approach to management of conflict and conflict resolution using various models of bargaining and negotiation. Course content includes: learning to separate people from the problem, focusing on interests and not on positions, planning for negotiations, pre-negotiation preparation, developing strategy and tactics, negotiation techniques as well as actual negotiation sessions and case studies.
