Concentration on developing self awareness and self realization through integration of mind and body. Exploration of the origins of the ancient art of yogic practice and its application to our present day lives. Increase flexibility, strength, concentration and mental clarity. Reduce tension and fatigue, energize the body. (Fall - Winter). Liberal arts.
