Introduction to research and its role in informing best practices in teaching. Scientific method, research approaches, and research designs are presented, in addition to learning how to read research critically. Education students will engage in the research process by developing a research proposal that investigates classroom practice. (Fall/Spring). Corequisite: EDU465.
