The student will find the principles and theories useful, whether a member of a small community group, a school faculty, or as a plant manager, Specific emphasis given to concepts and problems of leadership at various levels and in a wide variety of situations. Numerous handouts, workshop-type exercises, and role-playing situations are used. Course is designed to meet the demands of the particular group of students enrolled in any given class.
