Required of all chemistry majors; recommended for all science majors. Students may not take both CHE101 and CHE111 for credit. Lecture/laboratory. Liberal arts. Corequisite: CHE104 for students not meeting Chemistry Standard on Math Proficiency Exam. (Fall - Spring). Prerequisite: meet or exceed Chemistry Standard Score on Math Proficiency Exam, or MAT101, or higher.
