Profiles of Quebec provides a multi-disciplinary introduction to Quebec from the perspectives of the social sciences and the humanities. The course examines Quebec's geography, history, economics, politics, culture, literature, and arts, as well as Quebec's quest for recognition as a distinct actor in the international political system. A field trip is included. (Every second or third semester). Liberal arts. Approved AWR. Prerequisite: CAS111 or POI.
