An overview of the management strategies and business models utilized by the teams, facilities and sanctioning bodies of major professional motor sports. A special emphasis will be placed on the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR). There will be significant in-depth and behind-the-scenes analysis of motor sports business from the brand loyalty of its fans to the complexities of team economics to national television contracts.
