(S) This course is designed to continue the development of students as leaders by presenting instruction in the three foundational areas of interpersonal communication, values and ethics, and leadership. The modules focus on general communication theory, nonverbal communication, written and spoken communication skills, ethical decision-making, moral leadership, consideration of others - respecting diversity?- spiritual needs, leadership and personality assessments, transactional and transformational leadership, and adult development.
