Study of the changing image of French society as portrayed in a variety of media (films, the World Wide Web, television, the press). Emphasis on oral expression, listening comprehension and vocabulary expansion. Grammar review undertaken on an individual basis, through students' writing. Prerequisite: FRE 202. Fulfills: LASR.
