(O) Introduction to some basic methods of laboratory biology including microscopy, spectrophotometry, chromatography and cell culture. Emphasis is placed on helping students improve quantitative skills. Not open to students with credit for BIO 210. Lecture/Lab Hours: Two lectures, one three-hour laboratory. Fulfills: LASR.
