Involves study of the anatomical bases of movement in exercise and sport and application of kinesiological principles to movement and sport-specific skills. Includes laboratory experiments to provide opportunity for the analysis of exercise and sport from both anatomical and mechanical perspectives, muscle roles, types of muscle contractions, movement sequencing, and mechanical analysis. 4 Cr.
